President Donald Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney agreed they would discuss revisions to the economic and security partnership of the two nations after the elections in Canada taking place today.

The justices of the Supreme Court are hearing oral arguments today on whether children with disabilities must satisfy stringent “bad faith or gross misjudgment” standards under sections of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act when claiming education discrimination. The second case deals with the potential limits of medically retired combat veterans receiving special combat compensation authorized by Congress.
